Took my newly restored 1935 F12 out for a good hour long ride. Sure I was only going 3.5 mph, but it was great!! Problem: Ten minutes into the ride, my oil pressure needle was at the center of the gauge. (the gauge is a replacement that I got from Rice's.) Ten minutes later I check and now the needle is almost at zero on the gauge. No major oil leaks, and I didn't notice any change in the engine. Ran her for another half hour with the low oil reading. Should I be worried? Does anyone know what this gauge should indicate?? (there are no numbers on the gauge). How can I better check oil pressure???
