Try adden no more then 5 degrees if that does not help then back off a half turn . Do you have a pyrometer on it or just the lite ??? i would put a pyrometer on it and see just how hot is hot for hard steady load i don't like to see them much over 950 on the pipe side and 1100 on the manifold side , if it is going higher then China sydrom could take place. And tryen to guess what is happening with the water temp before it showes anything it is to late.
