The hitch itself looks factory, however the hyd. system with the pto pump set up looks like some aftermarket setup, as for the top link setup, I have seen those on IHC fast hitches, where they would insert prongs into the fast hitch with pin balls welded to them, and use a regular top link to get a 3 point setup. However IHC made a adaptor that would go into the fast hitch for hooking up 3 point equipment.
