Jared: As Tiny said, hydraulics are the only difference. Cylinders and pistons were the same from the factory. Super A1 did have thiner sleeves and 3-1/8" bore, rather than 3" as on A and SA. These can be installed. The Super A1 is a tractor that was built very briefly at end of peroduction in 1954 and has same specs as Farmall 100. Only 1,957 were ever built. There were also some changes on SA steering about 1951, 3 years after model change from A to Super A. There were several block changes over the years, but these don't necessarily follow model change either.
