Farmall 450 Hydraulics

Did the Farmall 450 have live hydraulics? Trying to determine if this is why the 3pt hitch has two hoses coming out of both cylinders. I am going to put this on an "M" and I am thinking I need to plug one hole on the cylinder and have only one hose coming from the cylinders back to the lift all front ports.
