Your main clutch and TA linkages need to be adjusted. Your TA clutch is not disengaging when the pedal is pushed down. At the same time, the TA ramp/rollers are locking up as they should normally do in this situation, creating the effect of the TA being in direct drive and TA at the same time, which just is just like being caught in two gears at once- causes a binding effect. As you try to force a shift with this happening, your worn out shift linkage does not totally disengage the gear you're coming out of, you stick it in another gear, you let out the clutch, and the engine stalls. Get a I&T manual and spend a little time going over a few adjustments.
