My 300 Utility actually shows 4 different exhaust manifolds. two vertical and two down. Part # 362 536 R21 is a gas vertical, #358 644 R11 is distillate vertical. #361 564 R21 is gas underslung. For the distillate underslung a adapter just bolted to the top of the vertical manifold and went down towards the front of the engine. My parts book also show two different hoods for the 300U. The left hood for vertical exhaust is 365 393 R11 Underslung is 362 272 R21. Actually the vertical exhaust uses the same exhaust manifold as the 300 Farmall.
