To reinstall your damper pulley you need to heat it. Place in an oven at about 200 degrees for an hour or so and using heavy gloves reinstall it
on the crankshft. Use a heavy rawhide hammer to
smack it. If that damper you're pulling has a groove worn into the hub you need to replace the seal in the timing gear cover. Oil leakage can
occur here.

You can check with Case/IH for a new damper, but I doubt if they still have any. You can probably
find a good used damper. Here's a website for
