MTA Narrow front

I just finished removing the Schwartz wfe from my 54 SMTA. Before installing reurbished NFE I cleaned up the mounting plate and adjacent frame area. I could not see any stops for the bolster. On the H I have there are stops up in there and one mounting bolt(rt front) has a tall head to keep the assembly from rotating 360 degrees.
Is the SMTA engineered to ratate 360?
Anyone want a Schwartz wfe or parts from it? Gordo
