if the tires are good as you say they are half that price or more use patience she should break loose ok like others say trans. fluid in cylinders can try kerosene and a product called marvel mystery oil you can get at auto part house maybe even wal-mart if it has ahand crank you might pull on that some after a soak just dont force it.
