Just get the valve stem in the 12:00 position and use a regular pressure guage.

The calcium is only there for weight. If you want to check to see just how much is in each tire, jack up the rear end and start letting out air at the same time roll the tire slowly until liquid is coming out instead of air. Now you will know what the level of the calcium is.
