I don't think the guy was up to the challenge. It isn't really a tricycle, since the front spindle isn't centered under the tractor, nor is the rear end widened (look where the fender is). It looks to simply have the wheel extended.

The original I built was more than a simple weekend project. I hope others copying the idea have enough motivation to do a complete job.
