Do you use the hydraulics? If so, does it seem to have enough pressure? If the relief valve was stuck open, you wouldn"t have any pressure and things wouldn"t work. To check the pump, I just got a pressure gauge rated for 3000 psi., and hooked it up to the appropriate hydraulic coupling. This tells me if it is developing enough pressure, but tells nothing about the flow rate. There are fancier ways to check the hyd system, but I don"t think that will help your problem. (By the way, I THINK the pressure on the 450 hydraulics should be about 1250psi.........give or take) What about the pumps? Were they rebuilt? Often a seal will leak when the bushing or bearing gets sloppy and that works on the seal. Paul
