A 560 putts out a good bit of HP. The bolts your referring to are generally ordered by part number from IH or one of the aftermarket suppliers. Are they true speciality not sure but you need to get the correct ones for your tractor. Yes they will take a lot of FT lbs. Remember all of the tractors HP is transmitted to the wheels through that hub that is held together with 4 bolts. I generally use a 10ft bar to tighten them. not sure of the ft lbs just go till I cant go any further. If they get easy then the clamps should have been replaced anyway. Older M's used course thread bolts The last of the line the 686 used fine thread grade 8 bolts that got thicker on the ends. If you don't replace the broken one your going to mess up your axle. I'd also guess that at least one of the other bolts is bent. Yep you can bend a grade 8 bolt. Never had a 560 but lots of M's and a 686 that I reciently sold so I'm not sure exactly where the change occured but the 560 makes sense when they went to a 6cyl engine. I do have some of the fine thread ones that fit the 686 I'd be willing to part with. Include your e-mail in your next response if interested.
