Not stupid questions, they actually make sense when you see how it works. You can try www.worksaver.com for their 2 to 3 pnt kits if you haven't found a source yet. And I think the host of this board carries their products.

No 1 - The arms don't swing. That is correct. You hook up by sliding the arms out of the fast hitch just enough to go on the implement pins, then backing up till the arms seat in the fast hitch.

No 2 - How wide are your implements? That is just to make sure that you are aware that you will have fixed 26" spacing between the lower lift arms (std cat 1 3 pnt). But worksaver also sells offset arms that I believe could take the large fast hitch ie:460/560) out to the wider 32" spacing if you have a cat 2 implement you need to use.
