Directly below the battery is the TA compartment. It has two holes where excess transmission fluid drains out when the fluid level is too high. The fluid comes out on either side of the bottom of the casting from holes in flat-bottomed "notches" in the otherwise curving casting. If the "leak" you see is coming out of these holes, this is where your tractor is getting rid of the fluid from the overfilled transmission you noted. It will really pour out if you're working rough ground, or going downhill. Messy, but not a problem as far as your tractor is concerned.
