Value of 350 Diesel Continental Motor?

While rumaging through the bottom of the Farmall pile at the local salvage yard, I come across this complete 193 diesel motor out of a 350 utility. Guy at the desk says make me an offer since I know nothing about the motor, in fact, didn't even know it was out there. It is complete with the head, pump, lines, oil pan and coolers in place and looks like it was just taken out of the tractor and put on a pallet and put in the back hole. I would like to restore a 350 row crop with a cont. diesel motor so what should I offer to be fair? I've always had a love for that era tractor? Could use some advice and counseling here guys.
