Old Belt

On another subject, I've got an old belt with this Farmall 100 that my grandad used to use to run a hammermill and a saw to cut firewood (used to scare me as a child watching that belt flop around and grandaddy trying to position the tractor just right so it would stay on the PTO pulley).

Is this thing any good after being rolled up in the barn for the past 35 years? If it can be re-habbed, how is that accomplished? If I wanted another one, where and how much?
