Will try to make this short. I am looking at two 400's. One is in ruff shape with a rusted out rim but has a tube in it to hold air. Front tires are from a car and have no tread on them. Does not have power steering but does have a wide front org. it also has a fast hitch and a three bottom fast hitch plow that goes with it. The other 400 has no fast hitch just draw bar like new tires front and rear also wide front org. never been painted but paint is desent has power steering. Both have toqures that work. What are these two tractors worth. I like the one with the newer tires and power steering. Want to use it to pull a 12' IH disk and maybe a three bottom trailer plow. Doing about ten ac now own 45ac and want something that would do all in a short time
