If your talken about the steering motor then more then likely it is the seal under the steering wheel and is such and easy fix . The hardest part is getting the steering wheel off ya need two 1/4x 5 fine thread bolts a steering wheel puller and a pair of snap ring pliers a 1 1/8 socket and a 12 inch creset wrench . After the wheel is off remove the snap ring and put the wheel back on with out the nut give a sharp or quick turn either way and the old seal should pop wright out. repalce the seal and put it back togeather . Now if it is the big flat rubber seal or as some call it the boot then it gets a littel more detailed.
