That drip by your three point arm is a bad seal on the draft sensing torsien bar. To fix it you have to drain the rear end, then pull the pto, and sensing arm, then remove the three point arms and j brackets and pull out the tortion bars. There are three orings in there and make sure you inspect the bushings that support the bars. Get yourself a repair manual if you tear into it.
