If your internet connection is being very slow that could cause the upload to 'time out' before it finishes. Also, I don't see where YTMag says there's a limit on picture sizes, but if yours is too large that could also moke it take too long, even if your connection is OK. Open the photo on your PC, right click on the picture, and left click on "Properties." It will tell you how many kb, or if it was taken with a digital camera at 6 megapixels, how many mb, your picture is. If its more than 200, or even 100 maybe, you ought to 'resize' it. You can download a free resizer program atthe link below. It's not the one I use, I can't find that one for free anymore, but it should work easy enough. Good luck, Wm
