OEM has the complete assembly listed in their catalog at $57.00. No separate listing for just the lever only for a Cub. They have them listed separately for other similar models like the A and B for $18.00. You might give them a call at 1-800-283-2122.
Not being involved with Cubs I don't know if the CaseIH folks carry them or not.
