K.B.-826 Hydraulic

I asked before about the hydraulic high pressure regulator valve being stuck. I cleaned it like you said and changed the oil. Still have same problem. I went back to re read you first reply and noticed you mention 2 springs? I have 1 in the lower valve. Should there be 2 springs? I have never had one apart before and I'm wondering if all the valves and spring are correct. Thanks again Wayne
