Not to be rude or sound like a smart aleck but as the old saying goes"that is where two fools met".One thing ,they didn't make a 27 F12,they didn't start untill 1932.Ten thousand is an awful lot of money to offer for a old tractor unless it was a rare bird. They did produce the F20 back in 27 but that is still alot of money even for that one.Somebody had better not offer me 10,000 dollars for my F12 or they would be loading her up and I would help all I could.
