If you're talking about the hitch plate that bolts to the steering bolster, they are sometimes listed on eBay. They usually run around $15. You can easily make one with some scrap 3/8 or 1/2 steel plate, a cutting torch , and a drill press. The hitch makes backing a wagon a whole lot easier.
