If you must tow the tractor, don't exceed the speed the tractor can go by itself -- 15,16 mph, 20 mph absolute tops for an M. 15-20 mph is crawl speed for a truck, seems like you are flying on the tractor -- it has no suspension, wheels will bounce on every bump on the road, and the bounce will take the tractor with it. Sharp curves can roll it, even at 15 mph. Front end will shimmy at higher speeds, even if it doesn't when you drive it. That's why I initially said to tow the truck instead.
