Hi Joe, did you take the locking pin out of the hitch arm so when you lower the blade your not lifting the back wheels off the ground? When you are using a 2pt attached implement such as plow, disk, harrow or blade the 2 pt locking pin should be out so that the hitch can float with the contour of the ground or anytime a rear wheel drops in a dpression in the ground it will spin as all the weight is transferred to the implement.
