Jarrod, The Farmall H was made from 1939-1953. Over 400,000 were made, not sure of exact number. They were replaced by the Super-H. Serial numbers, 501-10652 for 1939, 10653-52386 for 1940, 52387-93236 for 1941. This makes yours[706xx] a '41 model. You can still find these tractors working on farms today. If you need any help or have questions about it, please post to this board. There are a lot people here that will be able to help you like Red, who has 2 or 3 of them and knows the workings of them.
