I use "bondo" as a generic term even though it is a trademark. Evercoat is good stuff, although the local dealer doesn't carry many versions of it. I generally use PPG's body filler, and sometimes put Evercoat's Metal Glaze over it. Either one leaves far fewer pinholes than the trademarked Bondo. I would like to try Evercoat's Metal-2-Metal, the aluminum reinforced stuff if I could find it. I use a lot of JB Weld as a first application, if I have dents deeper than about 1/16-1/8 inch, then cover it with body filler. I don't believe the JB Weld will crack or fall out like "bondo" will if it gets too thick -- at least it hasn't yet.
