OK, now that you got the elevated heat range # plugs gapped at 0.025", you can make up a gadget to put a gap of about 0.050" in the high voltage path coming out of the coil. That forces the coil voltage way on up there before any "juice" flows in the secondary circuit. When the voltage is high enough to jump the 0.050" gap it rips right on thru the system and will fire fouled plugs and rotten fuel, no sweat! Those gadgets used to be sold at the state fair and were called a "spark intensifier". A field expediency procedure is described in the 1914 Ford operators manual. But, save your money on the gadget if the system is weak and won't make good high voltage output at cranking speed.
