It depends on what you are willing, or can, afford. If your rebuild is anything like mine, you end up spending more than you thought originally. So, if can afford it, using a new clutch is probably going to last for a long time. If on the other hand you have a a better place for the ~$150, you can probably put the old one back in - especially if it looks as good as the one you have. Remember, you can change the clutch in an H without splitting the tractor (the job isn't too bad) if you have to. One thing I did when I re-built my "hopped-up" H was to put in a SH flywheel and clutch to better handle the extra power and my wife's abuse. By the way Jon, did that mag core I sent get to you?
