The plow is a cast beam with the plow iron on the end... There's no adjustment on the plow itself.

Depth is controlled by a long lever beside the right fender that should have come with the plow. There's a straight linkage between the lever and the turned-around drawbar so the lever will raise and lower the front of the plow. This changes the angle at which it digs into the ground. Lowering the front of the plow tips the point toward the ground and makes it dig deeper.

1. You have the plow mounted correctly? The drawbar needs to be removed, turned around, and mounted backwards on the front mounting holes on the final drive housings. It needs to pivot up and down freely.
2. You have the depth control? If you don't have the depth control, the plow is useless.
