Well the plow you could clean up by using - dragging it thru some soil will shine it up nicely. I used Rustoleum's rust converter stuff on the underside of my drawbars and rear axel where i could get in with the sand blaster. Did some light wire brushing then painted on the converter. Didnt even bother to top coat it w/ paint (as no one would see it) and it's held up fine.
