Yes they do! I don't know how it works though. Something to do
with the (oval looking handle) on the left side rear platform
(when you are looking to the front of the tractor) It has notches
in it and you pull back and lift up or down for draft control. Our
400 has the same hitch on it as the 460 and 560.
