If standing on the left side of the tractor facing the manifold there is a small fitting that extends out from the right side of the manifold. I don't know that may be the drain hole you are referring to, but this hole I have is on the left side and is kind of oblong and about the size of a half dollar. You can tell its from the rust. The manifold is very old and rusted I will have a time getting it off.
