Dave, Keep in mind, if you go to the electronic ignition, you might as well buy a new coil, even if a stock one. Both of the ones I have put on have burnt up the coil within a hour of run time. the old coils just cannot handle this new fangled electonic stuff. So if I put another one on, I will just replace coil also.
