Farmall B wheel bearing (cont)

Well I done good, up to a point. Found a good hub, spooned all the grease outta the old one. Took the bearing races out. Pounded out the cups.
Installed everything in the new hub. Works great when I spin it. Don't wobble no more. Filled the cap with grease and started turning in the first bolt. It got tight and then suddenly snapped off flush with the hole. LOTS of great words come out of my mouth then. Drilled a hole down thru the center of the broken bolt to use an extractor. Drill broke off in there somehow and won't come out either. Seems I have a real mess.
Three different types of extractors did not work.
I don't weld so there are no options there. Guy told me he sandblasted the hub a little to make it look better. The old cups were still in it so I didn't much care. Cleaned all the grit from the inside but never occurred to me that the darn stuff was in the bolt holes. Checked the other two holes and, sure enough, lots of sand down deep in there. Any ideas what I do now??? I'm thinkin I need to completely tear this down again and take the hub to a shop somewheres. Any ideas what kind of shop would do this sort of thing.
Sorry for the long post....I am in a major snit at the moment over this.
