Those plows could be adjusted from about 12" to 16" via the holes between the beams (you'll see about 3 or 4 holes that you can adjust it with). I have the small prong "C20" plow so the 21 may be right. The designation was originally painted on top of the beam (rear plow beam)Mine still shows thru after 50 couple years so you may be able to see it now (pour some old motor oil on the beams and let it sit, you may be surprised at how it will react to the original paint). What type of plow points do you have: one piece Super Chiefs or 2 piece Plow Chiefs? BobG in VA
