I too have been searching for one. Apparently none of the aftermarket reproduction people feel there is enough of a demand to reproduce these. I did find one on e-bay about 3 years ago, and paid through the nose to get it, but it turned out to be nearly mint condition so I didn't feel so bad. I have been watching e-bay ever since in hopes of finding another, but they are very scarce.
