A good machine shop will install an oilite bronze bushin easily. If the shaft is worn more than .003", the repair will be only partially successful. A work around is to install a longer bushing than stock so that the bushing can extend (on one side or the other) to bear against unworn shaft. Ive done it it works. be sure to lube it as indicated in the manual, and with lubriplate engine assembly grease when putting it together. That is my best info because rebuilds aren't cheap. JimN
