I can't understand why anyone would want larger tires on a C or SC. To start with C and SC didn't have enough engine to handle the standard 36 inch tire. The C-113 and C-123 engines gave great hours of service in the smaller offset Farmalls What the C through 240 needed was the C-135 engine as used in 340 or 404.
