Demonstrator bailer?

I went to a junk yard Sunday and there in the middle of the yard was a demonstrator bailer. I have never seen one before. Yes it had the origional decal in bold letters. It was also painted white. Does anyone have any info on this demonstrator unit. I can"t tell you a model. I thought it was neat. Thanks.
