I presume you are referring to the seal behind the brake drum, the answer is yes. My sons & I have done 3-H"s & an M. Maybe more. You need patience, chisels, punches, Vise-Grips, hammer, & more patience. Try to collapse the seal housing and take parts of it out at a time. The old original seal is difficult, but not impossible to get out. Your IH dealer can get the seals; put 2 new ones in each side and put some grease in between the 2 seals so the outer one will have a little lube while acting as a backup for the inner seal.
