The 350 has the continental engine in it. Do you have oil in water or water in oil? Are you loosing coolant? Could be a compression problem, bad valve, blown head gasket, ect. Did the miss start at once or has it been slowly getting worse? Do you hear a popping noise in the exhaust, that would indicate a bad valve. You had the pump rebuilt but not the injectors? A bad injector could have those symptoms. I would pull them first and have them tested. If they are good then you will have to go looking in the motor to find were you are loosing compression. Pistons and sleeves are no longer available for that engine but bearings, gaskets and some other parts still are. Good Luck!
