Bill, The rarest option is probably factory electric lights, followed by factory starting system. Factory equipped round spokes add considerable value, also. If it has the above options and they work or are in good shape, you could add $1500 to $2000 to the asking price. A value for what you describe if it was sitting right here in my yard could be something like $2500 give or take $500. But without seeing it, that is only a very rough ballpark.
