Pull the PTo remove the bolt out of the end of the axel remove the axel then it will come out , the inside bearing is in a cage and the bull gear will not let the pinion come out and if ya force it it will break . If you are tryen to turn the bull gears around ya will have to pull the axels anyhow and the deck . Not sure why ya want to do that but that is up to you to much work just to say that i did it.
