I can relate to both the drifting apart and wanting to pull a B.The drifting apart was do to me being me. Anyway on the pulling part.I am learning that my B won"t fit in a couple of classes because of the 140 head I put on it.But if you can get a set of 3 1/8 pistons with a decent dome and a C-153 cam and a head off a super A or C along with the manifold and carb it should be in the upper 20"s if not in the 30 HP range. Some say you can cut down a set of 3 1/4 sleeves to fit in the B block.
