Laurie, IBH stands for International I-4. Yours is a 1948. The basic difference between your International I-4 and a McCormick W-4 are the type rear wheels and the I-4 is equipped with a foot accelerator. The front axle may or maynot be the same, as the standard I-4 front axle was the same as the W-4 but the I-4 was also available with a HD front axle. The I-4 came with industrial tread front and rear tires and the gear ratios were slightly different. Your tractor may have been repainted and had W-4 decals added at sometime in its life.
