The C-135 was used in the 330U, 340 and 404. I think that was about it. If it is a C-135 it will probably have "C-135" cast into one side or the other of the block. IH eventually got into the habit of doing that. If it has an early style water pump (in the lower hose connection) it is probably a C-123. That is about all I can add to this subject.
